A small scale laboratory pan (Dia. of Pan 400 mm) suitable for chocolate coating / hard panning up to 2.5 kg of standard sized confectionery. (Example: Chocolate Coated Raisins).
 
Equipped with an IP65 inverter you can easily control the RPM. (Even at low speed).

A motor & gearbox with sufficient power to create the perfect confection.

Recommendations

 

During training we are more than pleased to demonstrate methodolgy of preparing the polishing pans so that baffles are not required. Therfore the confectioner can easily remove confectionery for inspection without fear of injury to the hand and also facilitates ease of cleaning.

 

We also recomend the use of desiccant dryers and air conditiong systems so that standard methodolgy can be used for the production process.
