We specialise in producing chocolate and hard sugar dragees of all types and can demonstrate the the various methods of manufacture in order to find a process which is suitable for your own factory requirements. We understand that we all have to work within specific time frames and budgets and only recommend the purchase of equipment that is absolutly necessary for your project to succeed.
Our "New Product Development & Training Centre" opened in May 2015, we have developed our own confectioners coating and polishing pans and have a fully operational dragee production facilty. Three laboratory pans, so that we can test recipe formulations against controlled perameters. Scale up into professional sized coating and polishing pans.
